In response to the current COVID-19 pandemic, SILENT POETS are streaming SAVE THE DAY -SILENT POETS SPECIAL DUB BAND LIVE SHOW the MOVIE- for a limited time from Friday April 10th 5PM JST on Youtube.
This film features the first full-band performance of SILENT POETS with special guests, to celebrate the release of the latest album dawn. The sold-out show was exquisitely filmed, backed by crowdfunding, and made into a beautiful film which was screened at 11 cinemas across Japan.
A note from SILENT POETS
I am sure everyone is living in uncertainty right now, which is why I decided to stream SAVE THE DAY on Youtube to show my gratitude to everyone who loves and supports music and films, with the help from everyone who performed in the show, our team and film distributor. I hope that this will help people to take their minds off the current global situation if only for a moment. I look forward to the day we can get back to our normal lives again, but in the meantime I hope we can get through these surreal times by acting responsibly and supporting each other.
